The building of The National Museum in Szczecin – The Dialogue Centre Upheavals was awarded a honorary mention in the 10th edition of the Competition for Best-Arranged Public Space in Poland held by Polish Urban Planning Association.
During World Architecture Festival, Berlin 2016, the building of The National Museum in Szczecin – The Dialogue Centre Upheavals has won the first prize in “Culture” category and, in the final of the Festival, its most important award – World Building of the Year 2016.
The Dialogue Centre Upheavals was awarded the European Prize for Urban Public Space 2016. A brave realisation by Robert Konieczny and KWK Promes office won this competition ex aequo with Recovery of the Irrigation System at the Thermal Orchards in Caldes de Montbui in Spain according to Cavaa Arquitectes concept. The verdict was announced on July 4th 2016 in Barcelona. It is the first such a prize for a Polish architect.
The Main Award of the Marshall of Westpomeranian Voivodeship in the Competition for Westpomeranian Museum Event of the Year 2015 organized by Westpomeranian Branch of the Association of Polish Museum Professionals: Not Only Tulips. Staatliches Museum Schwerin as a guest in the National Museum in Szczecin.
