Kids' Academy - National Museum in Szczecin Poland

Small's Academy is a series of Saturday meetings designed for children aged 5-6 years. Each meeting lasts about two hours and includes two parts: first realized in the space of the exhibition halls using selected exhibits and the second, consisting of art activities related to the topic of the meeting. During the workshops the young participants of Academy will take a journey through time and space.

They learn about Polish traditions and customs concerning Easter, Christmas, Katharina's Day, Andrew's Day and culture of other nations. During the classes the children will have the unique opportunity to see, touch and even try on the items displayed at exhibitions or stored in museum storages. Each student of the Academy receives a special booklet, in which they will collect stamps from each class. At the end of a series of meetings steadfast participants will receive diplomas of The Listener of Academy.

Classes are held in Polish.
