European Heritage Days 2021: Delicacies from Water, Field and Meadow. Best Pomeranian Regional Cuisine Products

This year's edition of European Heritage Days focuses on culinary heritage of various regional cuisines.  

West Pomerania is a land which - owing it to its geographical and natural valours: abundance of rivers, lakes, firlds and meadows - has beeen using the richness of natural goods for its cuisine. The exhibition entitled "Delicacies from Water, Field and Meadow. Best Pomeranian Regional Cuisine Products" shows traditional tools and other equipment used for producing honey, baking bread and fishing collected by The NMS Department of Ethnography of Pomerania. Its contemporary part highlights the continuous use of the natural wealth of West Pomerania and the unchanged ways of basing the food production on local possibilities and culinary heritage.
