Meet our guest – Joyce Kinyanjui, Deputy Director and Chief Curator of the National Museum of Kenya in Nairobi, the most siginificant among the main National Museums of Kenya.
Joyce Kinyanjui will tell about the Kenyan Museum, its peculiarity, structure, collections and work of its various departments.
Joyce Kinyanjui has been working at the National Museum in Nairobi since 2009. She is an MBA graduate at the International Univesity in the USA; she also studied project management at Columbia University. She obtained a master's degree in social development and exhibiting at Texas State University. She participated in trainings held by the British Museum on tourist management in world cultural heritage locations, conservation, exhibition design and museology. She is a member of such international organisations as KCAA, USIU, ICOM, ANCUM.
