Aleksandra Grzemska PhD laureate of the Presidential Award for the best diploma thesis

Aleksandra Grzemska PhD, The Manger of the Publishing Department of The National Museum in Szczecin, was the winner of the Award of the President of the City of Szczecin for the best diploma thesis in the field of humanities.

The prize was awarded for the work "Mothers and Daughters. Family and Artistic Relationships in Women's Autobiographies after 1989 ", promoted by Prof. Dr. Inga Iwasiów. The thesis was created at the University of Szczecin, Faculty of Philology, Institute of Polish Studies, Cultural Studies and Journalism, Department of Literature of the 20th and 21st Century

The awards ceremony was held on Friday, January 18th, 2019. The awards for the diploma thesis are part of the program of activities carried out as part of the "Academic Szczecin" project, according to which priority is given to tasks supporting the development of the Szczecin scientific and academic centre. This year, prizes in the field of humanities were awarded for the first time.
